SCHOOL FOR DISABLED TIBETAN CHILDREN
Ngoenga
School, opened in March 2000, was the first Tibetan school for
children with special needs like hearing and speech impaired, cerebral
palsy, learning difficulties, dyslexia and mentally retarded.
The school with specialist staffs, volunteers, medical facilities is able
to offer them the care, attention and the right environment for them to
learn, develope and explore their potential to the fullest. The children
have shown with the right help that they have the talent and desire to be
self dependant and strive to be an able contributor for the community and
society.
